Adrian: What is the minimum amount of employees that can be evaluated using the 360 degree method?
Wes: There is no minimum amount. You can start off by evaluating only 1 employee. Also, 360 evaluations do not necessarily need to be performed to every single company employee. Depending on a project objective, you can evaluate:
-an executive team,
-a particular department,
-potential participants of the leadership program,
-employees who have applied for a promotion
-employees who have applied for an internal job change
You do need to be careful though, you don’t want to single-out one employee if you had some concerns. So you should manage that, but there really isn't any minimum number of employees. It can vary.
