All in all, emigrating to Dubai is generally a painless and quick process (especially compared to immigration to Canada, the US, Australia, and similar countries).

Today we are bringing you an update on UAE residency options, as there have been some changes recently.

UAE offers a long term visa if you buy a property, however when our clients are first moving to Dubai this is typically not the path they take, simply because they want to get the know the local market before purchasing.

The most common visa type for our clients is a visa through a company formation in the UAE. This company's income is completely tax free, regardless of what business you do or where do your clients come from.

This path would give you 3 year residency permit in the past, but unfortunatelly recently they've changed it to 2 years. This visa is renewable and it is quite easy to renew.
