In this talk Pema Duddul discusses the essential practices associated with the Bardo Thodol, the "Tibetan Book of the Dead". These practices include Dream Yoga, Illusory Form (or Rainbow) Yoga, Phowa (transference of consciousness at death) and Essence Chod. We will then go over easy and simple ways to make these practices part of our everyday life that do not require preliminaries, empowerment or learning complex visualisations or postures.
