2 Medium Size Simla Mirch finely chopped (Capsicum )
2 Medium Size Gajar finely chopped (Carrot )
1/2 cup Hara Dhania (Green coriander leaves )
1/2 Tbl Sp Lasun paste (Garlic paste )
1/2 Tbl Sp Adrak Grated or Paste (Ginger )
2 Cum Tikhiwali Hari Mirch finely chopped (Less Green chilli finely chopped )
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder )
1/2 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder )
1/4 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder )
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Amchur powder (Dry Mango powder )
2 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida )
1/2 Tsp Kala Namak (Black salt )
1/2 Tsp salt
5 Tbl Sp Besan (Chickpea flour )
4 Tbl Sp Chawal ka Ata (Rice flour )
2 Tbl Sp Barikwali Suji (Fine Semolina )
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder )
2 to 3 Tbl sp oil
Serve with Tomato Ketchup
