The Flying Papers are a type of artifact collectible, there are a total of 39 for you to chase down. These count towards the Completionist All The Way! trophy/achievement and require a little bit of leg work to chase down as they fly away as as you approach and travel along a traversal route that you must follow to grab it before it floats away.
