The Pladask Elektrisk Falma is a random modulation effect pedal.
----------------
Knobs explained:
*VOL: Master volume. Unity gain is at 12 o'clock. Max gain is +16dB.
*TONE: Active 2. order low pass filter. Flat response at max down to a cut off frequency of 700 Hz at minimum.
*CLK: Digital signal processor system clock frequency. Sets both the sample rate (audio fidelity) and the character and modulation speed of the FM functions. Low CLK settings will produce some background noise. This can be attenuated with the TONE parameter.
*FM.D: Random frequency modulation depth. The knob offers two speed options. By either turning the knob counterclockwise or clockwise from noon a relatively slow or fast modulation is applied.
*AM.D: Random amplitude modulation depth.
*AM.R: Random amplitude modulation relative rate. From slow, fading, signal dropouts to rapid sub-audio rates that impart something similar to distortion effects.
