Dollywood's brand new resort, Heartsong Lodge, offers upscale amenities and fine dining in a rustic setting. The signature restaurant here is Ember & Elm. Offering both breakfast and dinner, this table service dining establishment offers refined southern delicacies and fresh takes on classic Dollywood cuisine. After being quite impressed by the dinner here, we decided to check out breakfast on our last day at Heartsong.
