In March, the Seattle, Bellevue and overall King county real estate market continued to see some strength in many areas. The median sales price, # of Homes for Sale, Days on Market and Percentage of List Price continues to demonstrate a Market that is definitely heating up since the beginning of the year. Properties are starting to see multiple offers. Buyers are paying roughly 100% of last list price and houses are sold within two weeks. We are definitely facing a low inventory and higher demand than supply situation although we are definitely seeing an increase in the number of homes for sale. Contrary to what some people think, there are no signs of a crash in the market conditions.
