Brunei Darussalam - the abode of peace, is the only country entirely on Borneo Island. After five months, Flo and I finally met again at our first stop in Brunei. The country has been in the media for many controversial things, but what does it look like on the ground?
I can tell you, it is a pleasant surprise. We explored the deep sides of the capital city Bandar Seri Begawan, and went further into the deepest jungle where we saw crocodiles and other animals.
The locals were extremely friendly, and yes, the country seems to be an abode of peace.
