On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode, we build a $100 budget Dina, Soul Steeper deck from the Magic the Gathering set Strixhaven. Dina is a Legendary Dryad Druid that has the ability to drain your opponents whenever you gain life. We built this deck to gain incremental life each turn so that we can take maximum advantage of Dina's ability, which only triggers once for any amount of life gained. This deck has a lot of synergy with gaining life and draining your opponent's life. While the budget of this deck is set at $100, we also added 5 non-budget options to the deck with cards to remove if you are looking for an upgraded version of the deck.
