So to be clair, because there has been plenty of weird comments on the part 1.
I don't create random size for the characters, one piece world is not made to be realistic by Oda and there is very huge character depicted as normal humans.
Most of the characters of part 1, like 80% are official height 100% accurate, and a few where calculated by me and other forum members in comparison to characters close to them in manga panels (wich have official height).
Now this part 2 is on more secondary characters, so for most of them (like 60%) i calculated the size and it took me very long, so even if i have a few cm of error, don't go crazy in comments. There is a small margin of error.
