Unboxing, First Cook & Tests On The NEW Old Country BBQ Pits G2 Offset Smoker. When Old Country first unveiled the G2 with premium offset features like a grate level collector, properly sized smoke stack, insulated firebox, & 1/4" carbon steel welded construction for thousands less than premium backyard offset smokers it caught my attention.

I am smoking some babyback ribs for my first test, as well as stress testing the firebox efficiency of Old Country's G2 smoker in today's video. This smoker was provided by old country at no cost
