As you know I saw Dr Zissern Miller Zisser and he always burns things off because I'm bald-headed and get I try to wear a hat all the time but I do get a lot of sun and he burned a lot of things off just a couple weeks ago this one did not resolve so he biopsied it and said it came back with squamous cell carcinoma and he said he did not want to do the cutting he said it needs to come out of there I'm here for you to tell me what we're going to do and what the issue is squamous cell carcinoma is a cancer of the skin also or relatively I don't want to use the word benign because it is a cancer it's a skin cancer if if it's not attended to then it can be a problem.yours is very very early you'll never have another problem from this particular one ever again assuming that I do my job right but basically what we do is we take this out under local anesthesia and what I'll do is we'll cleanse the area and with alcohol and antibiotic solution and and then put some medicine in a little tiny beast thing a little shot to make it numb or I heard you're pretty tough we could do it without the local anesthesia yellow leather strap we can give you a bullet to bite on we have a couple people here can hold you down I'm tough I can handle anything except pain I'll take a ellipse essentially of tissue around that lesion on the sides and the front and the back and deep and then we'll send that to the pathologist and you'll need some stitches and the stitches come out in about 10 days or so so we're going to go over to this uh this little exam table behind you all right and so the uh feel you poking something yeah
I feel pressure. two more stitches when we're done how many putting in well we put uh I think this is big enough that you can stitch it.
