Prahok Sauce with Steak Recipe | Cambodian Steak Sauce
Prahok is a Cambodian steak sauce made from a fermented fish paste. There are many versions of this recipe and can be served in different ways. Today, I’m going to show you how I like to make mines 🙂
5 tbsp mudfish (make sure you get the one that says “cream”)
5 tsp sugar
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
8 oz Thai eggplant
1 cup Vietnamese coriander
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup culantro
2 garlic cloves
2 chili pepper
2 limes
½ cup water
I’m using tri-tip, but you can use any beef steak that you like!
Hope you enjoy this recipe and thanks for watching! 💙
