Every other month GO SHAPO releases a new uniform 1 hour GO SHAPO workout program, which is simultaneously followed by all licensed GO SHAPO instructors around the world. The release consists of exercises on 13 songs (including 1 warmup/stretch, 1 cooldown/stretch and 2 songs for ground-exercises).
Merengue, Salsa, K'dance, Soca, Bachata, Samba/Brasilian, Azonto, Reggaeton, Reggae, Bubblin, Dance, Dancehall, Zouk, Kizomba, Latin House, HipHop, Rap and Surinamese Kaseko are the main styles GO SHAPO uses as songs for our workout exercises.
