Ingredients:
Small Serving Biko:
•3/4 Glutinous White Rice
•3/4 Water (For Cooking The Rice in Rice Cooker)
Latik/Caramel Topping
•1 Can Coconut Milk
•1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
•1/4 tsp Salt
•Langka/Jackfruit (optional)
•Mix The Cooked Rice To Latik/Caramel Topping
Note: Save Some Latik For Topping about 1/4 cup then broil low into the oven about 5-8 mins. or until golden brown.
