Basic ingredients-
Any leafy greens
celery
cucumber
green apple
lemon
...and then add anything else you have lying around. We just suggest staying away from sweet fruit, which concentrates sugar too much. We love fruit, but we blend it or eat it whole, because fiber is needed to balance the release of sugar.
