Oxfam Cymru's Livelihoods Project, which started in September 2012 and runs until January 2016, is delivered by nine Oxfam partners across Wales and works with individuals and communities using the Sustainable Livelihood Approach.
So far The Livelihoods Project has helped 406 people improve their skills and confidence and helped 32 participants into employment.
This video celebrates the project's personal success stories and raises the voices of people living in poverty in Wales today.
