Hurricane Beryl begins to approach the eastern Caribbean. It is projected to reach the Lesser Antilles tonight and Monday morning with maximum sustained winds of 130 mph or Category 4. It will directly affect the islands of Saint Lucia, Barbados, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, and Tobago. Indirect effects will be felt in Trinidad, Dominica, Martinique, and Guadeloupe.
