Samosa ke ingredients:
Pudina - Handful
Adrak - 2 inch
Fresh Dhaniya - handful
Saunf - 1/4 tsp
Dhaniya ke beej /seeds - ½ tsp
Hari mirch - 2
Masala -
Aloo - 6-7 ( medium size boiled, aur cool)
Tel - 2 tbsp
kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Kala Namak - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Namak - to taste
Lalmirch powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - ½ tsp
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Kali Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Moti Mirch lal - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Samosa ka atta / dough ke liye : Maida - 2 1/2 Cup / 300g
Tel - 3 Tbsp / 45-50 ml
Pani - atta lagane ke liye
Namak : to taste
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
