How to easy obtain this achievement: Earn 25 Headshot Streaks (Breakdown Level 4 or Higher)

Best way to earn this achievement is to search for zombie hordes. You must have a character with max Assault weapons skills, and Focus aim.
On PC: You activate Focus aim pushing RMB (assault rifle) and after that press Shift for using Focus aim skill.
