Use the proper level of resistance when performing this Best Back Workout routine with resistance bands using the Fusion Cables Home Training System. Use the same cable configuration used during your Seated Row workout. You will want to make sure this workout uses heavy resistance while maintaining a very high intensity and quick pace. Use only one handle while performing this workout connected to six Fusion Cables.
To ensure you are maximizing your benefits make sure the resistance level is high. The resistance can be increased or decreased by stepping farther away or closer to the wall. You can also use heavier or lighter resistance cables during the workout. The eight reps on each side should cause a burn in the muscle and fatigue you before the 60 second break. If this Fusion Cable configuration is too heavy, so that your form is compromised, you can step closer to the wall or drop a Fusion Cable, and complete the best back workout with a lower set of resistance bands.
Form is important. Make sure you stay upright and square to the wall. Make sure you stretch through your shoulders, drive with your lats, and pull with your back.
