In our 7th episode of our Endocrine Cleanse series we will be focusing on the central nervous system (CNS). The central nervous system consist of two main parts: the spinal cord and our brain which control most of the functions of our entire body and mind. This works due to the brain sending signals through the spine to the rest of our body.

When our CNS isn't functioning properly, there may be quite the long list of issues that surface. Such as tingling, numbness and weakness in a part or all of one side of the body which can greatly impair our motor functions. Blurred vision or loss of speech can also be symptoms of a damaged CNS.

The vibrational waves used in this Sound Bath are designed to bring ease to the tension and strain in our minds and CNS. Opening up and surrendering to the resonance of this frequency can help our mind and spine realign to our natural state of being and find homeostasis within.

Sound bathers commonly experience visions of the color Purple when listening to this tone for prolonged periods of time with eyes closed. This tone is also associated with the "Crown Chakra" in ancient meditative practices.

Travis Schumacher is a professional Sound Bath therapist specializing in Crystal Singing Bowls. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Travis made his way to Thailand where studied the singing bowls, the art of Sound Healing, and other East Asian healing techniques. He now practices his therapy professionally in Seattle where he also works as a certified LMP massage therapist.
