McAllen HS Mariachi Oro under the direction of Alex Trevino was named the Maestro Award National Winner from the Medal of Distinction: Concert Division. Through their phenomenal recording submission, they earned the right to have Jose Hernandez work with their program! This event is put together by Perform America - TX, LLC and Global Initiative For Talented Students as well as being supported by Conn Selmer!
