In this video today we will see why you are not getting text message sound even though you have enabled it.

Now let's go to "Settings", "Notification".Let's scroll down and look for "Messages". Now you can see that you have enabled notification for Messages here. Just let's go inside. Now there is an option here "Show silently". Make sure that this option is switched off. If you switch on this option then what happens is when you receive notification then there won't be no sound, no vibration even though you have enabled "Notification". So, make sure that this option is disabled. Once you do that one you should be able to hear sound and vibration when you receive notification.
