GIN-CANDIED ORANGES
YOU'LL NEED...
1 large orange
1 vanilla bean
½ cup sugar
2oz gin
1 cup water
LET'S GET COOKING...
Slice the kumquats super thin and put into a pot add everything else and bring to a boil. Drop heat and let simmer for 15 mins. Top chicken, enjoy.
SKILLET CHICKEN
YOU'LL NEED...
3 lbs bone in chicken thighs
¼ lb thyme fresh
¼ lb marjoram fresh
8 garlic cloves
Oil for searing thighs
Butter for finishing thighs
LET'S GET COOKING...
Heat a cast iron skillet to high heat and season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Place the thighs skin-side down into the pan to sear, add herbs, stir, flip thighs, add garlic, add butter, and baste the chicken throughout then flip, continue to cook the chicken until cooked all the way through.

Affettare le kumquat super sottile e mettere in una pentola aggiungere tutto il resto e portare a ebollizione. Goccia fuoco e lasciate cuocere a fuoco lento per 15 minuti. Top pollo, godere.

3 libbre osso cosce di pollo
¼ lb timo fresco
¼ lb maggiorana fresca
8 spicchi d'aglio
Olio per cosce brucianti
Burro per la finitura cosce
OTTENIAMO cucina ...
Scaldare una padella in ghisa a calore elevato e pollo stagione cosce con sale e pepe.
Posizionare il cosce pelle rivolta verso il basso nella padella a rosolare, aggiungere le erbe, mescolare, capovolgere le cosce, aggiungere l'aglio, aggiungere il burro, e imbastire il pollo tutto quindi capovolgere, continuare a cuocere il pollo fino a cottura fino in fondo.
