Welcome to this Astral Projection | Yoga Nidra for OBEs created in collaboration with the Monroe Institute. This astral projection guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease.

Rosalie will first guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in a state of deep conscious relaxation, Rosalie will guide you through an exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).

This meditation features Monroe Sound Science, a proprietary audio technology developed and refined at the Monroe Institute over the past 40 years. It helps people reach profound states of consciousness normally attained after years of dedicated meditation. It uses targeted sound wave patterns which have been found through years of extensive research, and validated by thousands of people around the world, to facilitate states of expanded awareness. Astral Projection | Yoga Nidra for OBEs with the Monroe Institute

This astral travel guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method Rosalie learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

Rosalie’s voice will fall away after about 35 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the Monroe Sound Science technology and continue whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of-body experience or deep sleep.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as Rosalie’s voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep. This is astral travel meditation technique is most effective with headphones as it uses binaural beats.
