1. Sue for lack of validation (tough to do) under Section 1692g.
2. Sue for failure to mark your credit report as disputed under Section 1692e(8).
3. Send a cease communications (refuse to pay) letter under Section 1692c(c) since the collector did not send you the requested documentation.
