An Elk in a Colorado national park was found 2 years ago with a tire around his neck. The strange image went viral, he looked like a mythical creature. He always had the same tire around his neck. Recently a team managed to identify him and tried to take the tire off.
However his neck and antlers were big and would make releasing him a problem.
