In Nigeria’s isolated northern villages, a human rights group says nightfall is fraught with terror as bandits terrorize residents. Osai Ojigho, Amnesty International’s Nigeria director is calling for action to end what she says is a cycle of impunity perpetuating more violence in northern Nigeria where no one is held to account for crimes against villagers.
