Hello everyone, thank you for watching. I am really excited to share my 1st video with you.
The recipe is easy and of course absolutely delicious.
All you need is 3 ingredients!

Ingredients:
- 300gr/10.5oz dark chocolate (the better the chocolate the better the truffles)
- 2tbsp/30gr/1.05oz of unsalted butter
- 130ml/4.4fl. oz heavy cream

This recipe makes around 25 truffles.
I prefer the water bath method to melt all 3 ingredients.
However, you can also use a microwave.
Make sure you check and stir in between, so you don`t burn the chocolate.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Cool for 3 hours in the fridge.
Afterwards, keeping your hands cold (I use ice) form little balls.
Return the chocolates to the fridge for about 15 minutes.

Coating:
The final and most beautiful step is the coating of the chocolate truffles.
Choose whatever coatings you like and toss the balls.
My favorite ones are coconut powder, cocoa powder, crushed pistachios, crushed hazelnuts, chocolate sprinkles and sugar hearts.
