Many Lake Hopatcong residents are concerned that the Byram Cove boating parties are getting out of control.
A simple Youtube search of the cove pulls up videos of boaters dancing around, having fun, but people in town say this party is getting too wild, especially those people who live right on the lake like Jason Cromley.
He says the massive weekend party includes hundreds of boats right in his own backyard that are making him feel like a prisoner in his own home because these boaters are doing much more than having fun.
"I guess the best way to describe it would be if you had 400 people come out in front of your house, bringing kegs of beer, cases of beer, having sex on top of their cars, smoking pot out there and you could do nothing about it," he said.
