The eagle has always had a special significance to me- it’s the regional symbol of where I was born: Dagestan.
And when it comes to six and seven figure agencies, there’s NOTHING more important than keeping an eagle eye view of your business.
What this doesn’t mean is being involved in the minutia of the day-to-day: it’s putting systems and processes in place, hiring the right people for your business, and focusing on sales and operations.
Having an eagle eye view of your business means working on - not in - your business, constantly reviewing and making sure that your sales and operations processes are as streamlined and efficient as they can be.
It can be an anathema to many agency owners to not be working on the day-to-day of your agency where you sell a service and then deliver it. That’s why it’s important to see your agency not as yourself as the lone pianist, but the conductor of an orchestra.
An eagle eye view looks to the long term. An eagle view constantly assesses operational flow, cost, cash flow, systems and processes, contractors, team communication and expenses, and reviews them to increase the bottom line.
It’s not about immediate ROI, it’s about the long term health and success of your agency.
