The amazing, unique, unusual and one of a kind National Funeral History Museum...all we can say is WOW!! What a museum! Who knew learning about death and the business of death, could be so cool and interesting! We were blown away by the quality of displays, the wealth of information, and how interesting the museum was. The information is presented in such an informative way, you glide from one exhibit to the next and time flies by (we were there for 2 hours, but could have easily spent longer). We agree it is now one of our favorite museums. It is a must see if you are from the Houston area or are coming to visit Houston.

Favorites: The Presidential Funeral Memorabilia (Lincoln, Bush Family, Reagan, Roosevelt, JFK...) , International Funeral exhibit, In Memorial Area, and the Vatican Funeral section. However, there was not an uninteresting section in the building.

Note: As stated in the video by Rae, we recommend it for ages 7 and up, although it really depends on the maturity of the child and comfort level of the parents. I think children of any age would find it interesting..especially all of the vehicles.
