Whoops, figured out I missed a couple of sentences which were really important! Oh well. There they are:
If you participate in a team that has entered a season and will not disband or leave until the very end, you will receive a competitive medal. If you're lucky and Gaben has heard your prayers, there can be a possibility of 3rd, 2nd or 1st placement medals if your team has reached one of those placements in the season. Medals take months to arrive in your backpack, but we all want those shiny medals we can wear to brag about our skill in pubs, right?
(The medals that you see in the video are those that you can wear.)
