I filmed this video during the 6 AM sunrise on Condado Beach, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is my hope that through the natural sounds and visuals in this video, it can provide a moment of peace during this difficult time that we are going through.

Sit back and allow the waves lapping into the surrounding rocks, to wash away any worries that you may have... and know that just like the sun, we will rise again.

I believe that we can help #HealTheWorld one by one, even with a simple gesture like sharing this moment of peace with a loved one.
