Episode 2. This is the second episode in the "Making a Song"-series, which focuses on lo-fi treasures that I've come across. It's a run-through of the sounds and features and at the end I will demo a song of mine, that features solely the keyboard in question. Here is the Yamaha PS-20 keyboard (1981), made famous by the band Beach House, my benchmark for the perfect lo-fi sound in a keyboard. Sorry about the slightly glitchy and at times weird editing, I'm still learning. :'D Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video!
(Jul 11, 2022) There actually is a slight variation in the arpeggiator sound, if you put the sound to "Trumpet" or "String" it will add vibrato to the arpeggiator. As for the drums, as has been proven by BH in several songs, they're not "unusable". I was probably just being passive-aggressive because mine don't work. ;(
