maintaining a decent work life balance can be difficult when you work from home 🏡 after 1+ years working asynchronously for a software company, i realized the way i start my mornings positively or negatively dictates the outcome of the rest of the day (EVEN the rest of the week 😳)
so here's my 2023 morning routine 🌱 it's nothing flashy, but doing this everyday gives me energy, increases my productivity, and makes me feel fulfilled. enjoy :)

random thoughts:
voiceovers are much harder to do than i'd thought 😅. i realize i stutter or pause a lot when talking about even slightly more technical things. also making sure that what i say is constrained to the length of the clip comes with its own set of challenges.
hopefully by doing this more often, i can also get better at public speaking/everyday conversation. oh, and props to people who can do podcasts.
