Ingredients
To Make Dough
Wheat Flour - 2 Cups (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Salt - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp

Curd - 2 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Water
To Make Egg Mixture
Egg - 5 Nos
Onion - 2 Nos Finely Chopped
Green Chilli - 3 Nos Finely Chopped
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Pepper (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Method:
Step 1: To make the Parotta dough.
1. To a wide bowl, add wheat flour, salt, sugar, curd, oil and mix well.
2. Graduallly add water and knead the dough.
3. Knead the dough until you get a smooth and soft.
4. Rub oil over the dough ball and keep it aside for 30 mins.
Step 2: To make the egg mixture.
5. Crack open eggs in a bowl.
6. To this add onion, green chilli and coriander leaves
7. Season the eggs with salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, freshly crushed pepper and whisk everything.
Step 3: To make the Egg Parotta
8. Divide the dough ball into equal portions.
9. Roll out a small dough ball, nice and thin.
10. Rub some oil over the flattened dough and start folding it.
11. Now roll it inward and now the parotta roll is ready.
12. Repeat the step to roll out the other dough balls.
13. Now very slightly roll out a dough ball carefully.
14. Heat a tawa and roast the parotta on both sides.
15. Once you see brown spots, add some oil and toast it.
16. Heat an iron pan, add some oil, pour a small quantity of the egg mixture and spread it.
17. Place the cooked parotta over the egg mixture.
18. Remove it once the egg is cooked.
19. Now add some oil, pour egg mixture and place the other side of the parotta.
20. Remove the parotta once the egg is cooked.
21. Egg Parotta is ready to be served.
21. You can serve it with some pickle or as it is.
