◾ 100g Feta or Cretan Xinomyzithra, crumbled
◾ 1 Tomato, grated
◾ 1 Tomato, cubed
◾ 4 Τbsp Olive oil, divided
◾ 6 Black Olives
◾ 2 pinches of dried oregano
◾ 1 pinch of salt
