Normally I try to show only beautiful and nice Russian places, but this town really disappointed me. Hopefully they'll start taking more care of it soon. Now it is truly depressing to see all those deteriorated buildings and roads.
If you travel to Rzhev in summer, please, tell me it looks better :D
