so, it's been a while since I last did a Puyo Puyo cover huh

my interest on this song was slowly growing, so I thought I'd finally do a cover of it; this time however, I tried giving this a harder edge with the instrumentation choice, and tbh I really liked the results here, haha

also, fun fact, but this uses a snare from the Roland R-8, and this exact snare was actually used by none other than Yousuke Yasui himself; of course, there may be a few effects to get it sounding exactly like the way he uses that snare, but it's still a VERY great snare sample, and I may use it on other covers in the near future ;)
