In this video, I am using a simple elastic compression bandage to compression wrap a knee following total knee replacement surgery. The knee is excessively swollen and will move better (improve range of motion) if the compression wrap moves some of that fluid out of the joint space.
This should only be done by a licensed physical therapist/occupational therapist/lymphedema speciality, or someone taught how to do it by a licensed therapist.
