If you are cooking meat for Easter, then you’ll need this lavash recipe on a side 😋 🐣

There are so many variations of lavash, but trust me, this one is the best recipe I’ve tried.

Can be baked in home oven or in your outdoor pizza oven.

For 6 lavashes ( 6 inch each)

650g flour ( bread flour with protein 13% or more)
455g water
30g sugar
40g oil without flavor
13g salt
5g dry instant yeast

Mix all ingredients together except oil, knead for about 10 min until dough will come up together, add oil, knead for 5 more min until dough will become elastic.
Let proof for 1-2 hours until dough will get puffy.
Divide in 4 equal parts, round them, let rest 15 min.
Preheat oven to 550F ( or outdoor oven until stone will reach temp 500-600F)
Stretch the dough into a circle and make the hole in the middle with your finger.
Bake for about 10-12 min in the oven or 2-4 min in outdoor oven.

When baker, cover the lavash and let them rest for 10-15 min until they become soft.
