I go over the topics of eating sugar, its impact on one's health, and medical conditions. Possibly more diseases than you can imagine are caused by consuming too much sugar.
I try to explain it all in a very understandable and easy way! No salads, no starving, just balanced dieting with tasty food. Healthy does not have to mean tasteless and disgusting!
