Bungie NEED To Fix This Broken Titan Build ASAP! (Ruining Trials)

This Stasis Titan build has been a big issue in Destiny 2 since Beyond Light and over 2 years later it's a plague in Trials of Osiris. I'm still unsure why Bungie haven't addressed what seems to be a glaring issue with their PvP balancing, but hopefully it's on their list of upcoming nerfs. Enjoy!
