Ingredients:
For filling
250g Paneer
1-2 Tbsp Coriander Mint Chutney
1 Onion
1/2 Tsp Raw Mango Powder
1 Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp Chat Masala
Salt To Taste
For Batter-
1 Cup Gram Flour
A Pinch of Soda Bicarb
1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds
1/2Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
Salt To Taste
Method:
- In a pan add oil, to which add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing, onions and finely chopped paneer.
- Once cooked take the filling off the flame and keep aside
- For seasoning add, green chillies, amchoor, coriander and mint chutney, coriander leaves and salt to taste
- To make gram flour batter add gram flour, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin seed powder, hing /Asafoetida , pinch of soda, salt, coriander leaves, water.
- Take the slice and fill it with the paneer filling, sandwich it and cut it into triangles
-Coat the triangles into the batter and fry in a pan
And the Bread Pakora are Ready!
