This is "S.S.T. Band Live" (PCVP-10405), a 1990 live concert of the S.S.T. Band released only in Japan on VHS tape.

The S.S.T. Band was the in-house band of Sega, the video game developer. The band was composed of a number of video game programmers & composers, some of which became rather famous in the video game music scene. The line up in this live concert consists of Jouji "GALAXY" Iijima & PRETTY "Mickey" Koichi on guitars, Kimitaka "HARRIER KIMICHAN" Matsumae & Hiroshi "風車のHIRO" Kawaguchi on keyboards, Masato "TURBOKUN" Saito on bass, and Takehiko "POPPO" Tanabe on drums. Together, they play thru a number of songs from Sega's popular arcade franchises at the time, namely After Burner, Galaxy Force, OutRun, Thunder Blade, & Power Drift.
