Recently, social media platforms Facebook and Instagram went down for several hours. This was a big deal and it shook up the world. Social Media is a huge part of society. Social Media platforms Facebook and Instagram have billions of users log on everyday, so when these massive platforms went down it was felt all over the world. However, a former Facebook employee, who is dubbed the "Facebook Whistleblower" recently went public to expose the hidden dangers of social media platforms and how these platforms can ruin the fabric of society. But is this true? Is she blowing this out of proportion? Or is Social Media really dangerous to society? Here's a better question, is social media dangerous for Christians? Should Christians use social media? Well, in this video I provide five reasons why Christians should be careful using social media.
