Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India has launched CB 300R for Pan India price of Rs 2.41 lakh. Inspired from CB 1000R, the motorcycle is the second offering in Neo Sports Café aimed at the middle weight segment in India.
Developed on a brand new frame mixed with pressed and tubular steel, the CB 300 has a kerb weight of 143 kg. The new motorcycle by Honda is powered by a liquid-cooled single cylinder 286 cc PGM FI engine that is mated to six-speed gearbox to churn out 30.9 bhp at 8500 rpm and 27 Nm of maximum torque at 7500 rpm. CB 300R comes loaded with 41 mm USD forks up front and a 7-step pre-load adjustable monoshock suspension at the rear. The bike comes equipped with full-LED lights and a LCD instrument console, and gets dual disc brakes with ABS and Inertial Measurement Unit for optimium distribution of ABS operation while shedding speed.
